By using Apartment Finder SF (“the service”) you agree to these terms.

What the service is

Apartment Finder SF aggregates publicly listed San Francisco rental apartment data from multiple real-estate websites and emails matching listings to you based on criteria you provide. We are not a broker, landlord, or property manager and we do not handle lease signings or payments to landlords.

Accounts

• You must sign in with a valid Google account.
• You must be at least 18 years old.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the criteria you give us.

Listings come from third parties

The apartment listings we surface come from third-party websites such as building corporate sites, RentCafe, apartments.com, and others. Rent, availability, and unit details can be wrong, stale, or change without notice. We make a best-effort to keep listings fresh but cannot guarantee accuracy. Always verify directly with the landlord or building before making decisions.

Acceptable use

• Do not abuse the service or attempt to scrape, reverse-engineer, or circumvent rate limits.
• Do not use the service to harass landlords, tenants, or other users.
• Do not resell or redistribute listings without permission.

Paid plans (future)

Some features may be offered on paid plans in the future. If we introduce paid plans we will publish the pricing here and you will have the choice to upgrade or continue on the free plan.

No warranties

The service is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We make no promises about uptime, the completeness of listings, or your ability to secure any specific apartment.

Limit of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Termination

You can stop using the service and request account deletion at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves. Continued use of the service after a material change means you accept the updated terms.
